Tax Exemption for Adult Clothing bought for Children under 15
If you wish to purchase an adult item for a child under 15, please complete Part B of the form and send the form to accounting@act-alive.com.
We will then provide you with a link to purchase this item with the PST exemption.
Orders
Once you have placed your order in our store, you can pay your order by sending an e-transfer to accounting@act-alive.ca
Pick Up
Pick up is at TPAC during Act Alive hours, if your child is enrolled in our program we will give it to them in class.
Shipping
At this time, we do not offer shipping on our site. If you would like to have your product shipped , please send us an email with your mailing address to info@act-alive.ca and we will calculate shipping costs for you.
Returns
Items are custom ordered and non-returnable.
