This series offers a safe, welcoming space to connect with other expectant parents and embrace the changes of this special time.
Each class combines pregnancy-safe yoga postures with soothing acoustic music and simple yogic teachings to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at ease. No prior yoga experience is required—these sessions are designed for all levels.
