About the Camp
Sing, dance, act, and shine! Your starring role starts here. Ever wondered what it takes to be in a musical? This is where it all begins!
Think of this as Musical Theatre 101 and the perfect introduction for aspiring performers. Campers will learn audition skills, stage directions and theatre terminology, how to use their voice and sing with an ensemble as well as choreography fundamentals, character development, theatre etiquette and more.
This camp is ideal to prepare students hoping to participate in our Summer Show or join the Centre Stage Program next season.
The week ends with a mini-showcase demonstrating all the skills learned giving each camper their moment to shine and a powerful experience to learn from.
