There is so much more to yoga than postures!
Come and learn to move through emotions using asana flows, breathwork, and meditation and learn positive ways to feel good in body, mind and spirit. This class is a great place to find a positive community to help support you through these stressful years of life.
Join us for a yoga series that will get you out of your head and into your body. Each week will teach foundational yoga postures and flows, set to relaxing acoustic playlists and each class will offer teachings from yogic philosophy that will help students to find more ease, enjoyment and self love in their everyday lives. This class is suitable for all levels and no experience is required. Jessica is an ERYT-550 with the Canadian Yoga Alliance, a medicine teacher with the Shamanic Yoga Institute, and has years of experience offering the teachings of yoga to youth in the community.
